Trust and Competency. These are the two main traits that I am looking for from a stockbroker. With my hard-earned money, I need to ensure that my stockbroker is trustworthy, and has an in-depth knowledge of his field.
Kris consistently delivers these. He's transparent and communicates proactively which allows me to understand the activities throughout the year. To date, I'm honored, and I believe that it's one of my best decisions to have Kris manage my portfolio.

I have been trading stocks with Unicapital and Kris since 2014. Their unique hybrid online-traditional brokerage system fits me to a tee. At the start, the online platform allows me to learn and trade personally. However, as the portfolio grows and matures, the traditional broker keeps a watchful eye on my hard earned investments as my schedule gets busy. Unicapital's financial and technical research materials mixed with Kris' insightful advise on market trends and personal advise from years of trading experience gives me important balanced information in making right decisions. Kristoffer Ngo has been my broker for the past years. As a retiree I am looking to avoid capital risk. With Kris I am very satisfied for his service as he always provides timely, relevant news and recommendations that mostly turned into capital gains. The best part of his service was, I can trade both online as well as offline since he can easily be reached and is always available.
If you need an opinion on a particular stock or even the market sentiment as a whole, he was always open to share his thoughts and sound financial advice. Recalling and tracking his recommendations I would say he was not biased and does not take advantage. Overall I would rate Kris 5 out 5 because of his excellent technical analysis and sensible recommendations.

I first started with Kris around 7 years ago when I was in college. Through-out the years, I really appreciate the willingness to teach on his side, especially since I wasn't really knowledgable with stocks. The thing with kris is that he gives you the information that you need with each stock and provides an honest opinion with every investment opportunity. He takes a very calculated approach in investing, and only recommends stocks that he really believes in. I have come to really trust his recommendations, and I would happily refer Kris to any would be investor.

I’ve been trading with Kris for over 6 years. He’s an enthusiastic trader who calls and/or messages me regularly to give stock tips. He relies on both fundamental and technical analysis in making his decisions. He engages in both short term trades (buy and sell within a month) with gains of 5-15% and the longer term trades where positions are held for years for gains of 75-100%. Over the last few years, his returns have outperformed the PSEI. I would recommend investing with him.

Given my meager experience in stock trading and being part of a family business, I have little time and confidence in handling my own stock investments. Hence I took a leap of faith many years ago to hand over some of my savings to a few fund managers. Unfortunately, half of them didn't do quite so well. Kris, on the other hand, is in the better half who kept performing yearly. I only get the time to check back on him once a year, and seeing my growing port I always come out delighted after our meetings. He's an active fund manager and is a no nonsense type of guy. After so many years, I am confident to say that I have faith in his trading skills and intuition.
